the "free day" is a very effective weight-loss concept; it simply means that one day out of the week (usually sunday), one is supposed to not work out and eat whatever one wants for a whole day. the free day is supposed to trick your body into thinking it's not starving on a new diet and also to give you motivation to not cheat during the week.
why am i posting this on the campaign blog? because today i had a fucking awesome bean burrito and cheesy fiesta potatoes from taco bell. (hey les, does taco bell use animal fat in their beans? wait, don't tell me...i've been totally meat-free since the "bunny incident"...hate to have ruined it now...at least it was a BURRITO though!)
hope everyone has had a good weekend...today is budget day, so tonight and tomorrow are "create a donation site" days. i know i keep talking about it, but i've almost been afraid to post anything yet because if i cannot make the money happen, i'm in a HUGE mess!!! anyway, look out for an announcement on virb/facebook/myspace/twitter/gmail/pownce/burrito gods blog in the next couple days!

Excellent thinking. Having no money for food is effective as well, especially if you're saving it for a badass campaign.
Oh and good idea moo, I'm going to have to write links to this on dollar bills when I get some. I have a feeling tiny writing on change will be somewhat less impressive.
p.s. I love the pic.
There's a few singles, a few fives, and even a $20 floating around the west coast with the site address on them.
@GT... ok... I won't tell you that they use animal fat to fry the beans at Taco Bell.
gross...no wonder my tummy feels like shit today...well, it always does after a free day! that's another part of it that's effective...you forget how your body feels when it feed it with processed foods and refined sugar. downing some water on my way to the gym to do some cardio to get this shit out of my system! (literally...ugh)
p.s. i'm making my own burritos from now on...
@very - where's your pic them??
I think it's illegal to write on banknotes - defacing notes of the realm etc - but go for it!
I'm using a computer in my hotel lobby and it's sooo slow... that's why I can't check out virb as I would like - have to make do with gmails and flickr - but better than nothing (thanks for keeping in touch! x)
